Building the future and building a family often demand the same thing: everything you've got. This panel brings together leading women in technology founders and executives shaping the frontier of AI and innovation for a candid conversation about what it really means to lead at the edge of hyper-growth while raising the next generation.

Across 45 minutes of moderated discussion, our panelists will explore the tensions and tradeoffs of ambitious careers and family life: how they've redefined success on their own terms, what tech-forward parenting looks like when you understand the technology better than most, and how they're thinking about digital guardrails for their own kids in an AI-saturated world. We'll also dig into the human side of leadership the emotional labor of scaling companies while showing up as a parent, and what nobody tells you about doing both at once.
The panel will be followed by 15 minutes of audience Q&A and a networking mixer, offering attendees the chance to connect directly with panelists and fellow founders, operators, and parents navigating similar terrain.
