Accessibility & Design
Srin & Jungho will talk about their work at Airbnb to make travel more accessible & inclusive to people with accessibility needs around the world. "Accessibility" at technology companies is often associated with digital accessibility - but as tech evolves to become part of many real-life & real-world experiences, there's an ever growing need to make sure technology platforms can help facilitate real world accessibility to a product or service. Solving for these needs requires cross-functional collaboration, with Experience Design being a central component. Srin & Jungho will talk about the projects their team is working on & their approach to designing & testing innovative solutions.
