About the panelists:

Sarah Ribner, recent grad of Columbia Business School, entrepreneur, & certified aromatherapist is the co-founder of PiperWai. The first all-natural, charcoal based, non-toxic deodorant (that actually works). Sarah began her journey with wellness almost a decade ago, transforming her health & skin through clean eating & dedication to an active fitness regimen. Until four years ago, an effective non-toxic, natural deodorant was the missing piece in her quest to lead a healthy lifestyle.
Sarah & her co-founder undertook a successful crowdfunding campaign through Indiegogo, pitched on Season 7 of ABC's Shark Tank, & created a brand that is quickly becoming a household name! Since the airing of Shark Tank, PiperWai has grown into a multimillion-dollar brand with offices in New York & Philly.

Janet Valenza is the Founder & Designer of GOGOgracious, a direct to consumer women's lifestyle clothing brand known for 7 Easy Pieces. Her company has been featured in high end stores such as Bloomingdales & national fashion publications including Women's Wear Daily & Allure Magazine. GOGOgracious is produced mostly in the NY metro area but also in locations around the globe.
Prior to founding GOGOgracious, Janet rose through the ranks of Young & Rubicam, then the world's largest privately held ad agency, to become a C-Suite Executive of a $100,000,000 subsidiary over a 12 year period after graduating from Bucknell University. She also holds an MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business & a Design Degree from FIT.

Janet Lieberman is the Co-founder & CTO of Dame, a sex tech startup on a mission to design well-engineered sex toys, heighten intimacy, & openly empower the sexual experiences of womankind.Dame has the two most successful crowdfunding campaigns for any sex toys on any platforms. In 2014, the hands-free couples' vibrator, Eva, raised over $575,000 on Indiegogo when it launched. In 2016, Dame launched the finger vibrator, Fin, which was the first sex toy to ever be permitted on Kickstarter.
Janet earned her mechanical engineering degree from MIT in 2007 before starting her career in product development, designing everything from dustpans to 3D printers. She worked for companies like Z Corp, Quirky, & Makerbot before deciding to turn her engineering efforts to the often-overlooked field of sex toys.
