Karen Behnke is a pioneering entrepreneur who launched Juice Beauty in 2005, creating the first luxury beauty brand rooted in sustainable, organic, vegan, & cruelty-free formulations. Under her leadership, the brand secured five patents, built a farm-to-beauty supply chain in Sonoma County, partnered with Gwyneth Paltrow & Kate Hudson, & maintained a "Top 15 Prestige Skincare Brand" status at ULTA Beauty for 15 years. After selling her majority stake to private equity, she stepped down as CEO in 2023, leaving a legacy of clean beauty innovation.
