This is not for start-ups, or companies raising a few hundred K in angel capital. All company attendees must have at least $750K in annual revenue run rate to attend this conference.
This full-day conference will focus specifically on what Venture Capitalists are looking for, when they like to invest, what metrics you should have prior to raising capital, the types of terms they generally put in front of a company, how it affects your current and earlier-stage investors, what milestones you are expected to achieve with that capital, and more.
