Founders & operators will have a chance to network with fellow Fintech professionals & sit in on a fireside chat with mentors. Eva & Nithya will share firsthand experiences in their career journey & tips ranging from AI Product Management to Strategy & Growth. Following the talk, Mentors will be available for three 30-minute one-on-one discussions with select attendees.

Eva Agapaki,CEO of Hatch Labs & former AI Assistant Professor at the University of Florida, leverages her experience in AI & product management to build customer-first, data-driven products, while also advising deep tech founders & B2B organizations. She is passionate about mission-driven, underrepresented founders, who build deep tech products.
Nithya Sharma is an experienced strategy specialist with a focus on inclusive finance, Fintech strategy & digital innovation. She brings a decade of experience in leading strategy engagements for global clients with a proven track record of driving sustainable business growth & social impact, especially in emerging markets. She currently leads in-house strategy for a Convera, one of the largest global cross-border payments companies, & previously led strategy for Women's World Banking, a international NGO enabling women's economic empowerment through access to finance.
