Climate Finance Summit: Closing the Missing Middle
From San Francisco to Brazil
The Climate Finance Summit spans from SF Climate Week to COP 30, bringing together an invitation-only working group that convenes three times a year to develop innovative financial models, policy recommendations, & collaborative solutions for scaling climate innovation. The series culminates at COP 30, where we will present our findings, investment frameworks, & actionable strategies to the COP 30 delegation, driving real commitments to bridge the missing middle in climate finance.
Program Structure
The Climate Finance Summit is a curated, multi-stage program designed to drive real investment commitments & establish climate finance as a structured asset class. It brings together investors, corporates, policymakers, & financial institutions to close the missing middle in climate finance & unlock capital at scale.

1 Climate Finance Working Groups
Location: SF Climate Week & NYC Climate Week
SF Climate Week - Bringing together venture capital, private equity, & institutional investors to explore new financial mechanisms, de-risking strategies, & investment structures that support scaling climate solutions.
NYC Climate Week - Convening policy experts, institutional investors, corporate sustainability leaders, & financial regulators to develop aligned incentives, regulatory frameworks, & blended finance models that accelerate climate capital deployment.
2 Pre-Summit Strategy & Research Phase
Collaborative Working Groups develop investment frameworks & policy recommendations for scaling climate finance.
Data aggregation & standardization efforts to define climate finance as an institutional asset class.
3 Climate Finance Summit @ COP 30
Location: COP 30, Brazil
Presentation of Findings - Climate Scale-Up & its partners will present key research, investment models, & actionable strategies to the COP 30 delegation, led by President Andr Corra do Lago.
