Join /dev/color & leaders in diversity, inclusion & engineering for our August Guild Roundtable entitled: "Just Due It. We will discuss the importance of acknowledging & compensating engineers for their service as company ambassadors in diversity outreach & recruiting events. Furthermore, we will explore ways to appraise these efforts beyond the conventional scope of work for engineers.
As always, this is a safe & brave space for all of us to share openly & build collectively.
