We've generated $10k in revenue from a single event.

And we're just getting started.

Most founders host events & hope something comes of it. A few LinkedIn connections, maybe a follow-up coffee. Then everyone forgets.

That hasn't been the case for us.

We've been landing 2 paid customers per event.

Not leads.

Not "warm conversations."

.

It's worked so well that we've completely pivoted from cold emails to in-person events.

(Our internal goal is to consistently hit 5 paid customers per event, so that we can reach $1 million in annual revenue.)

Here's the playbook:

1 - : Our registration form is long. Like, really long. And we ask for sensitive data too (e.g. "How much have you raised?"). Most people would say that's bad for conversion. But that's actually by design: the friction the filter. The people who actually fill it out are . They're . They to be there.

2 : The moment someone clicks "Submit" on that registration form, they get a personalized LinkedIn connection request from me. Not a day later. Not after the event. . Because this is the moment their intent is highest. No way in hell we're letting that window close without acting on it.

3 - : After the event, I reach out to the top attendees with a personalized LinkedIn message. And when I say personalized, I mean : every message pulls straight from their registration answers & speaks to their exact situation.

The whole system works because each step builds on the last. The form qualifies them. The automation connects us. The event delivers value. And the follow-up closes.

Wanna see this in action? Come to our event & experience the playbook firsthand
