See the future of security at AuthZ Subscriber Meetup #4.
Authorization (AuthZ) is the new frontier after Authentication (AuthN). Now that most services support single-sign-on standards, the next step is standardizing permissions for what users can do, by configuring access controls & learning new policy languages.
For anyone who can spell IAM, RBAC, ACLs, or AuthZEN, this is an invitation to learn from new startups & early adopters of new externalized authorization services like Open Policy Agent (OPA/Rego), Amazon's Cedar, Google's Zanzibar, the open-source Keycloak & other similar startups' technologies.
The free weekly AuthZ Clipping Service newsletter thanks the organizers of the InternetIdentityWorkshop.com (IIW) for hosting this independent event at the Computer History Museum.
(This is the fourth meetup in 2024, which have been colocated with other cybersecurity industry events like IIW, Identiverse, & IETF)
