Meet Rini
Rini Greenfield is a Founding General Partner of Rethink Food & former co-founder of Adaptive Management, a former Tiger Management fund, she helped pioneer the use of big data analysis & visualization to make fundamental long-term investments.
Rini has over a decade of experience investing in technology & consumer companies. She started her career developing a keen understanding of the global semiconductor & hardware industry which drove her to develop a strong global supply chain network with a particular focus on Asia. Rini sought out sectors that were at the tipping point of disruption through innovation, investing in wireless technologies, alternative energy, internet, media, e-commerce, software & others. Her investment scope broadened beyond the U.S. & Asia to the Middle East, Western Europe & Russia. She has extensive relationships with technologists, operators & investors worldwide.
She then expanded her repertoire to private companies. Rini spearheaded investments for a multi- billion-dollar single family office focused on early to growth stage consumer & technology companies with a social impact lens. Investments made during her tenure include one of the world's largest ride sharing companies which is based in Asia.
