Michael is the UX Architect at TED in NYC. Over the past 16 years as a user experience professional, he has led design and development teams, won a few awards, taught some courses, judged a few competitions, guest-lectured here and there, and had his work published a couple of times. His B.A. and M.A. are in Fine Arts.
