A technical deep-dive into Sierra systems & infrastructure powering agentic AI. Expert lightning talks on architecture & AI systems.

Join Sierra in San Francisco's SoMa district on Wednesday, April 22, for a Girl Geek Dinner & technical deep dive into the systems, infrastructure, & product strategy behind enterprise AI agents.

Enjoy food, drinks, & networking before a series of lightning talks from Sierra's engineering & product leaders. From agent memory to the infrastructure powering enterprise AI agents, hear directly from the women building & shaping the future of applied AI:

Memory for AI Agents - Linden Schrage (Agent PM) on what it means to give agents long-term memory for the enterprise. She will explore how memory unlocks more capable, context-aware systems - & what it means for the next generation of intelligent agents & transforming the customer experience companies.

Reliable Inference Layers - Kimberly Patron (Intrastructure Engineer) on engineering resilient layers that reduce P99 latency by 70%+ by dynamically routing requests to the healthiest model providers & intelligently hedging slow calls.

Voice Latency Pipelines - Beth Nakamura (Agent Engineering Lead) on the technical breakdown of mitigating latency in real-time voice. She will discuss where latency comes from, how do we mitigate it, & why it matters.

After the tech talks, don't miss this candid panel & Q&A featuring Sachi Shah (Product Manager), Kaila Fleisig (Head of Sales Engineering), & Beth Nakamura (Agent Engineering Lead) moderated by Kelly Kitagawa (Sales Engineer) discussing careers in AI, representation, startup culture, & what it's really like building in this industry.

We look forward to an evening of engaging stories, delicious food & drinks, & networking with fellow girl geeks! Spots are limited - we'd love to see you there.
