Our speakers, Anthony Orler, holds a Bachelor of Science & a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, & has been practicing Patent Law for over two decades.He has drafted over 1500 patent applications & been involved in every aspect of foreign & domestic patent prosecution during his career.Mr. Orler is a member of Buchalters Intellectual Property Group.

Farah Bhatti focuses her practice on all aspects of trademark protection & prosecution. She formerly served as a trademark examining attorney at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO). While there, she examined more than 2,000 trademark applications. She has extensive experience in the enforcement of Internet & domain names, & trademark litigation under the Anti-cybersquatting Consumer Protection Act (ACPA). Ms. Bhatti is the chair of Buchalters Internet, E-Commerce, & Social MediaPractice Group.
