CLS's Innovation Showcase, to be held at Bakar Labs at UC Berkeley on June 21, will bring investors & entrepreneurs together to spotlight California's robust innovation. We will foster connections & vital conversations for start-up companies, creating a unique experience for entrepreneurs & investors alike.
The event will feature a keynote presentation by Maria Soloveychik, Ph.D., CEO & Founder, SyntheX (2016 FAST alumni), followed by a panel discussion about how investors & pharma licensing stakeholders assess fundable seed & series A projects in the current macro-economic environment.
The program will also include a pitch session by our 2023 spring FAST cohort comprised of seven therapeutic founders & seven medical device founders who will present their technology & current raise to a panel of early-stage investors including 7G Bioventures, Alexandria Real Estate Equities & Alexandria Venture Investments, Codon Capital, Remiges Ventures, Roche Ventures, Wavemaker Three-Sixty Health, among others.
The afternoon will conclude with a networking reception & tabletop showcase featuring FAST alumni startups.
