Welcome! Quantum Tech Happy Hour brings together researchers, industry professionals, and investors working on quantum technology and quantum-inspired methods. Our community spans quantum computing, sensing, algorithms, and the classical methods that came out of quantum physics.
Connect with researchers, engineers, and founders over drinks while discussing what the hardware can actually do today, what is still years out, and which quantum-inspired approaches are already earning their keep. We want an atmosphere where technical people can nerd out with their tribe.
Our previous happy hours have been attended by quantum technologists from Berkeley Lab, Stanford, Intel, IBM, Google, and IonQ, and various quantum startups.
We cover quantum and quantum-inspired work across three areas:
Quantum computing and error correction
Tensor networks and quantum-inspired algorithms
Molecular and materials design
Join us for engaging conversations and new connections.
There will be a panel, with speakers from startups and academia. We will update this page with details.
