How is AI changing the way we work and what can professionals do to stay ahead of that transformation?

As AI reshapes how organizations operate, roles across every function are evolving in real time. New tools, new workflows, and new expectations are creating both opportunities and challenges for professionals navigating this shift.

One role uniquely positioned to make sense of this change is the Chief of Staff. Known for operating across teams, driving alignment, and turning ambiguity into action, Chiefs of Staff offer a valuable lens into what it takes to successfully implement AI within an organization. But the lessons extend far beyond the role itself.

In this panel, we'll explore how leaders and operators are approaching AI implementation in practice from identifying opportunities and driving adoption to managing change and helping teams adapt. Expect candid conversations, practical insights, and real-world examples from professionals leading transformation inside their organizations.

Join Microsoft and Ask a Chief of Staff during SF Tech Week as we discuss what it means to bring a Chief of Staff mindset to AI implementation and how professionals across functions can thrive in an era of rapid change.

Our panel will feature...
