Kieran Doyle will identify the unique challenges cannabis brand owners confront protecting their brands & will identify 5 solutions.Kieran litigates trademark, copyright & product labeling matters in federal & state courts & counsels clients regarding trademark clearance, registration, prosecution, licensing & protection. He also represents brand owners before the Trademark Trial & Appeal Board. Kieran's clients include fashion, footwear, hair care & skin care companies, publishers, professional sports marketing & merchandising companies, restaurants, food & beverage manufacturers as well as businesses in the burgeoning medical & adult-use marijuana industries. Among others he has represented Major League Baseball Properties, QVC, HIGH TIMES & MedMen.
Kieran has been named to WTR 1000's World Leading Trademark Professionals in 2016 & 2017 for his work in the cannabis industry & has been named one of New York's "Super Lawyers" in Intellectual Property Law since 2014.
