SPEAKER BIOS
Simon Cohen, Director of Engineering at Spotify
Simon Cohen has been working with software & software engineers for the past twenty years. He's managed teams in both startups & Fortune 500. He now works as a Director of Engineering at Spotify NYC, where he is a servant leader responsible for helping teams of engineers be happy, productive & ever more awesome.
Antoine Boulanger, Senior Eng Manager at Google
Antoine has built & led engineering teams of 50+ people going through rapid growth, in startups & public companies. He was most recently Sr Director for Storage & Compute infrastructure at Box, where he participated in building the engineering culture from startup to post-IPO. He just joined Google to lead the Spanner team in NYC.
Katelyn Lesse, Eng Manager at Betterment
Katelyn has spent the last 3+ years building Betterment's 401(k) platform (Betterment for Business). She's been working to scale the product as well as the team, which she leads & manages.
