In 2020, misery, diseases, climate change are more present than ever on our planet. In a tormented world, constantly under constraint, women & men, organizations & structures are under pressure. However, around us, daily life continues to flourish, the world adapts & develops: it is resilience.
Resilience is to persist when everything collapses, to make a constraint a force, it is to overcome hardships, it is to master one's environment so as not to live against it but with it.
How do individuals, how do systems manage to develop & adapt in a world unfavorable to their development? Answering these questions is a better understanding of the force of constraint & how it can be a source of transformations in societies, psychologies, organizations & living beings.
What is TEDx ?
In order to spread the ideas that deserve it, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called TEDxENTPE, where x means "independently organized TED event". At our TEDxENTPE event, TED Talks videos & live talks will help bring out discussions & connections in small groups. TED conferences provide direction for TED programs, but individual TEDx events, like ours, are organized independently.
