Guests will practice mixing dough and explore making pasta with a hand-cranked pasta machine as well as shaping and filling stuffed pasta. Cheese & salumi boards will be provided throughout the interactive course along with sparkling wine. At the end of the class, participants will sit down to a three-course pasta-focused dinner with wine pairings. Each guest will leave with fresh pasta to cook at home and a copy of the Flour + Water: Pasta cookbook.
