Now that you've finished your patent application, the last step is filing with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO). Learn how to use the Electronic Filing System-Web (EFS-Web) & manage your patent application online using Patent Application Information Retrieval (PAIR) system. The event is free & open to the public so register early.
The presentation includes an interactive tutorial, an overview of various helpful resources such as the Inventor's Assistance Center (IAC), & information about the Patent Electronics Business Center (EBC).
Please note that the Silicon Valley USPTO is a federal facility. Visitors are required to show a valid form of government-issued identification (driver license or passport) & may be subject to security screening to gain access.
