Join Flatiron School SF on campus for a live viewing of this webinar as we prepare for our first Data Science cohort to start on March 30! This webinar will take a deep dive into data science & Netflix, hear what it's like to learn with Flatiron School, & meet one of our Data Science coaches!
Over 80% of the TV shows & movies we watch on Netflix are being discovered through its recommendation system. Join Flatiron School to explore the algorithm, data science, & machine learning behind how Netflix curates these recommendations, & learn how you can gain the skills to write your very own algorithms. Our Data Science coach, Yish Lim, will walk us through how recommendation algorithms work, & how Netflix collects & analyzes data to deliver your next favorite show.
*We will have snacks at 1:30pm, the webinar kicks off at 2pm, & we will go on a campus tour at 3pm!
