In this workshop, you will explore what business development means for an early stage company, which is very different from the traditional approach. You'll be introduced to a multi-step process that will show you how to maximize your resources, find opportunities, close deals, and really create a long-term value for an organization from customers, markets, and relationships. At its heart, business development is about exploring how the interactions of those forces combine together to create opportunities for growth.
Led by Zoltan Szalas, Co-founder of Croissant, we will discuss how to succeed at every stage of the business development cycle, from outreach to developing and formalizing partnerships. Entrepreneurs, small business owners, sales professionals, and career changers will all benefit from a greater knowledge of business development skills.
