As Head of Product, Olya leads all NextEra Mobility software (including rEVeal & EValuate) & integrated infrastructure offer strategy across all of NextEra Mobility. Olya brings 20+ years of experience in product development & launch in Health Tech, Energy Storage, Consulting & Grid Planning, including over 7 years with PG&E, several energy startup advisor & founder roles & a deep engineering & software background. Olya holds a BA Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo & an MBA from UCLA.

Andrew has been working (mostly) in cleantech since graduating from college in 2009. He got his start as a market analyst at Greentech Media, interned in Ford's EV group during graduate school, later joined early-stage energy storage optimization software startup Geli, & took a short detour into the world of self-driving cars. Most recently he founded Zevvy, a triple-bottom-line financing platform accelerating adoption of EVs by drivers for whom the operational savings & tailpipe offsets are most meaningful.

Julia Grinshpun is the Executive Director of JP Morgan Chase's Green Economy Commercial Banking Team, where she oversees the Clean Mobility industry vertical, & is charged with Clean Mobility industry coverage efforts. In this role, she delivers capital solutions & expertise to clients who are advancing decarbonization through innovative technologies, leveraging the strength & breadth of JP Morgan's banking platform.
Prior to joining JP Morgan Chase, Julia served as a Director on Wells Fargo's Renewable Energy & Environmental Finance team, overseeing counterparty risk underwriting for a portfolio of more than $10B for solar, wind, fuel cell & storage tax equity investments. In this role, she also worked with senior commercial banking leaders on capital deployment strategy to advance corporate sustainability goals. Julia holds a Bachelor of Arts in business/economics & a minor in Spanish from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Nora Hennings is the Senior Director of Strategic Development at Sunrun, the leading home solar & battery storage company in the US, where she drives new strategic partnership development & growth initiatives, including EV charging, grid services & virtual power plants, whole home electrification, & other market expansion opportunities. Nora negotiated & continues to lead Sunrun's partnership with Ford Motor Company, including the design & commercialization of bi-directional charging for the F-150 Lightning. Prior to joining Sunrun, Nora spent four years with NextEra Energy's Distributed Generation business, focusing on new product commercialization & origination strategy for commercial & small-utility projects. Nora started her career at Credit Suisse on the Commodities Trading Desk in New York. She received her MBA from Harvard Business School & earned her Bachelors in Engineering Sciences from Harvard College. Nora served on the Events Committee & then as Co-President of YPE SF Bay Area from 2017 through 2021. When not on a basketball court or singing with her family, Nora can be found on the ski slopes of Tahoe, & is an enthusiastic member of Keep Tahoe Blue's Associate Board.

Prachi Mehta has a decade of experience in the energy sector spanning from oil & gas to chemicals & EVs. She is a manager of midstream energy market research at Wood Mackenzie & is pursuing her MBA from Haas. She is the VP of Sustainability at Haas & is always looking for collaboration opportunities to bring together academia & industry.
