Most systems change work is technically significant but often lacks an intentional emotional foundation. This 2-hour session treats that as a design challenge. We give you the tools, the frameworks, & the constraints. You bring the real material: your own experience of doing this work, the relational dynamics inside your teams, & the systems you're trying to change.
We move through four design layers: what you're actually feeling, what that creates between people, what emotional conditions make systems genuinely generative, & what all of it means when AI is part of the design.
