Our Speakers:
I'm Sid, engineer #2 at Reducto. In almost two years I've built a lot of our plumbing from scratch, like the LLM service every model call here runs through & the automation that ships releases to our on-prem customers.
I also hold badges to more than one customer's office, & I've spent enough weeks inside their environments that I sometimes know their clusters better than their own engineers do. Ask me about the 2am page from a certain very large company I can't name.
Off the clock: origami (mostly folding control planes) & reading (mostly docs).
Lijie is an FDE Infrastructure Engineer at Reducto, where she deploys AI models into complex enterprise environments & makes sure they run reliably & securely in production. Before Reducto, Lijie spent ten years in infrastructure & security engineering at both early-stage startups & large technology companies, including Meta, Gusto, McAfee & Inworld AI.
