Richard Bailey is an experienced VP of Engineering at Quintar, a company that specializes in creating AR technologies for sports & entertainment events. Prior to this role, he led the Niantic Lightship AR team, which won the best-in-show award at the Augmented World Expo. Throughout his career, Bailey has also held leadership positions in spatial computing at various companies, including Magic Leap, Daqri, Margrave, Microsoft Kinect, & Forza Motorsports.

Bailey is an expert in spatial interactions, spatial audio, developer platforms, & the process of bringing new ideas from concept to production. He has been awarded over 20 patents in the spatial & mobile domains & regularly mentors & advises industry leaders & startups.

Brian Hamilton is Vice-President, Sales & Marketing at DigiLens.

As a former co-founder & C-suite executive of RealWear along with his previous senior sales role at Daqri, Hamilton is a recognized pioneer & leader in the deployment of Augmented & Virtual Reality (AR & VR) & voice-enabled wearable computing across manufacturing, healthcare, education, automotive, oil & gas, logistics, IT, telecoms & entertainment verticals.

At RealWear, Hamilton established a global sales force, ISV partner & channel reseller network, & successfully drove product adoption in over 57 countries - growing RealWear from concept stage to a world leader in industrial wearables. More recently, Hamilton was President & Co-founder of Hippo Technologies, Inc, a leading provider of Virtual Care solutions to the healthcare & medical education sectors.

Bernard Kress, Director, Optical Engineering - AR hardware, Google

Bernard has been involved in the field of optics & specifically micro-optics for the past 2 decades, as an associate professor, instructor, author, entrepreneur, engineer, team manager & engineering director.

He has been instrumental in developing new optical technologies that have been included in various industrial, defense & consumer products, in fields such as laser materials processing, optical anti-counterfeiting, biotech sensors, optical telecom devices, optical data storage, optical computing, motion sensors, displays, depth map sensors, & more recently head-up & head mounted displays (smart glasses, AR, VR & MR). He is specifically involved in the field of micro-optics, wafer scale optics, holography & nanophotonics. Bernard has published numerous books & book chapters on micro-optics & has more than 50 patents granted worldwide.

During the past decade, Bernard has been the principal optical architect on the Google Glass project & the partner optical architect on the Hololens team at Microsoft for the past decade. He is now the Director for XR engineering at Google Labs in Mountain View.

Cynthia Maller is Head of 3D Creative Technology at Walmart, & three of its digitally-native brands: Hayneedle, Art.com & Allswell. Her focus is building customer (internal & external) trust by strengthening & scaling the three pillars of 3D in retail: inspiring aesthetics, visual integrity & operational excellence.

He was CEO & Co-Founder at Athanos, a company developing a platform that enables immersive 3D experiences without a head-mounted display (HMD). Prior to Athanos, Marv was Senior Director of Marketing at Analogix Semiconductor, a leading provider of display controllers for virtual reality (VR) & augmented reality (AR) headsets, where he led Analogix's corporate marketing team & mobile accessories business unit & was the marketing lead for an industry initiative to standardize the VR hardware interface for mobile devices & PCs. Prior to Analogix, Marv held senior marketing & business development management positions at Vindicia, eMusic.com, Intuit, Infoseek, & Apple.
