Join LMHQ's Director of Programming & Events for a workshop on designing & producing successful events. Thinking about starting a meetup group & not sure where to start? Tasked with designing events for your company & need some pointers? Or have you already begun your journey with hosting events & want to get to the next level?
LMHQ's programming & events have inspired & connected tens of thousands of people in just two years since opening their doors in 2015. From our in-house curated thought leadership programs & networking events, to our hands-on rental events program, we've designed & produced hundreds of events that help attendees advance in business & in their careers.
This workshop will use LMHQ's events strategy as a model for participants to learn how to produce thought-provoking programs that run smoothly & leave a lasting impression on attendees. Workshop participants will understand the pain points with their own events & leave the workshop able to craft better events.
Participants will learn:
How to design, produce & execute an event from start to finish
How to set measurable goals & key performance indicators for your events
How to market your events
Productivity & organizational tools to plan your events
The workshop will be led by Tracy Candido, LMHQ's Director of Programming & Events. With over 10 years of experience designing live editorial & creative events, Tracy has built LMHQ's events strategy from the ground up. She curates LMHQ's high-level programming, including our wildly popular Women's Breakfast & Behind the Creative Curtain series, & runs LMHQ's event rental program, working with rental clients to host successful events in our event venue & classroom. Prior to working at LMHQ, Tracy curated public programming & designed events for the Brooklyn Museum, Ketel One Vodka, Airbnb, & Made in NY Media Center, among others.
Space is extremely limited. Refreshments will be served. $35 for non-members, FREE for members.
