With the ability to analyze & segment vast amounts of customer & prospect data, CDPs (Customer Data Platforms) provide a 360-degree view of a customer, including how they live & interact with a company. While CDPs are not new (first arrived on the marketing scene around 2013) they've become less of a buzzword & more of a staple in marketing organizations recently. Claudio Baptista is a design leader with over 20 years of experience & extensive knowledge of user experience, product design, & creative strategy. Claudio is currently the Director of UX at GoPro, where he drives the user experience vision & digital transformation of the Direct-to-Consumer strategy. Prior to joining GoPro, Claudio was heading the UX design team for The Walt Disney Studios.
