Come mix & mingle with local community organizers from across the Bay Area.
We're creating an intentional space to uplift & provide support to those who are building power & transforming their local community. We firmly believe there is room within the movement for anyone willing to unapologetically stand up for Black lives.
This event is meant to connect networks to fully embrace the ideals of collective impact. WE ARE IN THIS FIGHT TOGETHER! On this night, we'll be highlighting 5 leaders who are participating in the Black Citizen Changemakers cohort & welcoming our networks to get a sneak peek at the new GroundFloor Club Oakland location.
Drinks & light bites will be provided.

Black Citizen invests in community-led initiatives & small non-profit organizations that empower Black lives by harnessing the energy & urgency of today's social justice movements to create, scale, & sustain social & economic power to advance Black lives in Bay Area communities.

Groundfloor exists as a cure to social isolation, & our mission is to empower new relationships, face-to-face. Groundfloor members join a thriving, representative community with access to beautiful communal spaces built for connection, productivity & wellness. Our members-only events range from monthly supper clubs, to comedy shows to art classes - all designed to foster conversations that go deeper than what do you do for work?.
