Most product teams struggle to maintain shared context. They attend meetings, cross-reference scattered docs, & try to reconstruct what was decided & why. AI tools haven't solved this, because they are typically personal & local, built around one person's machine & files.
PM & AI expert Chris Butler will show how AI agents can help solve this problem. By creating continuously updated, shared context, both people & agents can read & act from the same source of truth. He'll share concrete, non-engineering workflows, such as updating strategy docs from town hall transcripts, auto-flagging security reviews, & turning customer feedback into triaged, agent-ready work items across any platform.
As a result, your team gets more done, & people are freed up for judgment, relationships, & decisions instead of maintenance. He'll also explain why these living documents & automations must belong to the org, not to whichever person set them up. If they live in one person's tools or head, they don't solve the silo problem: they just move it.
Chris will share two concrete examples:
A cross-channel customer feedback workflow built on GitHub. Feedback from GitHub issues, community discussions, Discord, Slack, & Teams flows into one deduplicated queue, gets triaged, & becomes agent-ready work items, while a human PM makes the interpretation call.
The same always-on, org-owned pattern built with Claude Routines & Scheduled Tasks, showing it isn't specific to GitHub.
You'll leave with a mental model & tips for how to treat shared context as core infrastructure rather than documentation, plus a clear-eyed sense of what's realistic to try this quarter & what's still hype.
We'll meet IN-PERSON at Intuit's HQ in Mountain View & also stream via Zoom for remote attendees, so there are separate tickets for each. I'll send the Zoom link the morning of the event to everyone registered for a Zoom ticket on TicketLeap.
If you join in person, there will be dinner & networking before the talk & more networking after the talk.
BONUS! Our sponsors Deloitte & Vapi are raffling off 40+ free copies of the highly rated ebook Agentic Artificial Intelligence! You can enter the raffle as part of online registration.
