Join us for a day of golf, networking and fundraising!
This year marks the Fourth Annual Fluent Charity Golf Outing, benefitting Services for the UnderServed.
About the Charity
Founded in 1978, Services for the UnderServed (SUS) is a nonprofit human services agency with a reputation for supporting veterans and individuals and families faced with a wide range of challenges-mental illness, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and HIV/AIDS, often compounded by histories of homelessness, substance abuse, poverty and unemployment.
Their uniqueness lies in the commitment to providing tailored services to people with complex needs, while meeting their personal goals.
Event Details
-The day's activities will begin with a "Meet and Greet" BBQ lunch during registration.
-Each foursome will be assigned to a particular hole for a prompt shotgun tee-time start of 1:30pm
-Teams will compete to the best of their ability to score as low as possible in a "Scramble" format. The team with the lowest group score will be deemed winner.
-Prizes will be awarded to the winners of the "Longest Drive" and "Closest-to-Pin" contests.
-The event will conclude with a buffet-style dinner and awards reception.
