David Sacks is co-founder & general partner of Craft Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm that recently closed its second fund with $500 million in capital commitments. The firm has invested in startups such as Bird, Cloud9, Cloud Kitchens, Sandbox VR, Sendoso, SpaceX, Superplastic, Swarm Technologies, Trusted Health & WAYV.
Previously, David was the founding COO & product leader of PayPal (acquired by eBay). After PayPal was acquired, David created a production company & produced the award-winning independent movie Thank You For Smoking. The film was nominated for two Golden Globes for Best Picture & Best Actor in the Comedy/Musical category, won Best Screenplay at the Independent Spirit Awards, & won Audience Awards at the Munich & Norwegian Film Festivals.
David founded Yammer (acquired by Microsoft for $1.2B) where he grew the company to roughly $60 million in sales, tripling year over year. He also led the turnaround of Zenefits in 2016 as interim CEO. David's angel investments include Affirm, Airbnb, Bird, Eventbrite, Facebook, Gusto, Houzz, Lyft, Opendoor, Palantir, Postmates, Slack, SpaceX, & Uber.

Jay Parekh serves as the VP of Business Development at Chime, one of the fastest-growing challenger banking companies in the U.S, with over 6 million accounts opened. The Chime mobile app has been featured as one of the best Money Management apps in the App Store, & Chime most recently raised $500 million at a $5.6 billion valuation from leading investors including DST, Coatue, Dragoneer, ICONIQ, General Atlantic, & Menlo Ventures. Jay runs partnerships & BD & serves as executive sponsor of inclusion & diversity initiatives.
Previously, Jay was Director of Business Development at Braintree & Venmo, which were acquired by PayPal. Prior to that, he joined Zynga as a Product Manager prior to its IPO, & was promoted several times to Lead Product Manager by the end of his tenure there. Jay began his career in finance & investing at J.P. Morgan & General Atlantic.
