Cristina Cordova is the Chief Operating Officer at Linear, the modern issue tracking & project management tool powering some of the world's best product teams.
Previously, she was a Partner at First Round Capital, where she led investments in early-stage startups across AI, SaaS, & infrastructure.
Before that, Cristina helped scale some of the most iconic startups in Silicon Valley-she was among the first 10 employees at Stripe, where she led partnerships & helped grow the company's revenue footprint globally. She later joined Notion in 2020 as Head of Platform & Partnerships, helping scale the team & ecosystem during a period of breakout growth.
Cristina has a unique vantage point-having built & scaled product partnerships from $0 to billions in volume, worked with technical founders at multiple inflection points, & now helping shape the next generation of software tools as an operator & investor.
