Curious about the Metis bootcamp experience? Itching to learn some Python? Tired of trying to take self-paced courses online? Then join us on Thursday, April 16 from 1pm - 2pm ET for our first "One Hour at Bootcamp" event!
During this initial session, Roberto Reif, Executive Director of Data Science here at Metis, will host a workshop introducing you to Python, one of the world's most popular programming languages. This workshop, which requires no prior coding knowledge, aims to introduce beginner programmers to the fundamentals of Python.
Attendees of this workshop will:
- Write their first code
- Understand what Comments are
- Learn how to use Variables
- Work with Basic Data Types
- Understand Boolean Logic & Operations
- Learn how to use Conditional Logic
