Jill Pappenheimer brings 30 years of experience supporting the people function for organizations ranging from large financial institutions to small entrepreneurial teams. In 2006, she began consulting with companies, & in 2012 she co-founded Options4Growth, a boutique-consulting firm bringing both outsourced Human Resources & Strategy Advising, combined with cloud based technology, to a broad range of clientele.
She has an extensive business management background giving her a unique perspective to traditional HR practices. Jill believes that you need to link people, with technology, & organizational goals & objectives in order to grow & thrive.
Jill has a passion for people & firmly believes that organizations of all sizes & types are successful when employees share in the creation of their roles & responsibilities & can see the link to the company initiatives, change happens, accountability & engagement occurs. In her experience working with some of the valleys top technology companies she truly believes that technology creates efficiency & must be part of any solution to achieve growth. But it's people that feed corporate growth.
Stacy Litteral
HR Consulting Managing Director, Advisory | BPM
Stacy has over 20 years of Human Resources & people strategy experience & is a Managing Director on BPM's Advisory team. She brings depth & breadth of experience to the team, having worked within large corporations, as well as a small nonprofit organization - developing & driving business strategy & leading diverse teams to successful outcomes.
She has an extensive background in all areas of HR including compensation, benefits, employee relations & training, however her passion lies in the area of performance management & strategic alignment. Stacy believes no matter how large or small an organization is, people are the foundation of all success, & that it is necessary to connect individuals to organizational goals in order to meet & exceed objectives. She also believes alignment between employee's personal values & goals with those of the organization - & effective dialogue around those shared goals - is a critical component.
Stacy is leading the initiative to bring to market BPM Link, a strategic performance tool that provides organizations & their employees an opportunity to align on strategic initiatives through a flexible & convenient web based platform. BPM Link brings together a coaching framework, transparency, regular feedback & accountability, in a simple & appealing way. Through the use of the tool, businesses can become agile, collaborative, inclusive, values driven & develop a unique & sustainable culture.
