Wilson Sonsini, Partner

Craig Sherman is a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he focuses on corporate & securities laws, representing companies, venture capital firms, & investment banks in private placements & public offerings. Craig also has extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions, technology licensing, & domestic & international joint ventures.

Craig began private practice in 1989 with Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York & Paris, & joined Perkins Coie in Seattle in January 1995. He became a director in the Kirkland office of Venture Law Group in December 1996 & was managing director of the Kirkland office from May 2000 until August 2002, when he joined Wilson Sonsini. He has been a member of the firm's Policy Committee, Compensation Committee, Nominating Committee, & Finance Committee.

In addition to English, Craig is fluent in French & knowledgeable in Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, & Korean.

Victoria Treyger
General Partner & Managing Director at Felicis Ventures

Victoria Treyger is a General Partner & Managing Director at Felicis Ventures. She is focused on the reinvention of financial services, vertical & horizontal SaaS, health tech, SMB, & marketplaces. At Felicis, Victoria led the firm's investments in Hippo, Alloy, SentiLink, DataGrail, Nayya, Ontic, Sprout Therapy, Dovetail, & others. Victoria's angel investing & advising track record includes Roofstock, HealthIQ, Betterment, Faire, Roadie, ZocDoc, Galileo Health, StimLabs.

Prior to joining Felicis, Victoria was Chief Revenue Officer of Kabbage, Inc (acquired by American Express). Victoria joined Kabbage at its beginning & was responsible for building the company's revenue & go-to-market teams to scale the business through six years of 100%+ annual growth to nearly $300 million in revenue. Victoria's deep operating experience across enterprise, SMB, & commerce also includes roles as CMO of RingCentral & General Manager at Amazon.

Victoria received a double degree with distinction in Business & International Studies from the University of Washington & an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is the recipient of the PR Tech Award for storytelling with data & the National Bronze Effie Award for marketing excellence.

Greg Gottesman
Managing Director & co-founder of Pioneer Square Labs (PSL)

Greg Gottesman serves as a Managing Director & co-founder of Pioneer Square Labs (PSL). PSL operates a startup studio & early-stage venture capital fund, PSL Ventures. Before PSL, Greg was one of the three initial Managing Directors of Madrona Venture Group, where he served for 20 years.

On behalf of PSL, Mr. Gottesman currently sits on the boards of Boundless, Cash Technologies, Joon, Kevala, LumaTax, NextStep, & QUIVR. He is the co-founder, former CEO, & current board member of Rover & the founder of Madrona Venture Labs.

Mr. Gottesman serves as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Washington Computer Science & Engineering Department & Business School where for the last 21 years he has taught a popular class about entrepreneurship. He is the author of three books.

Mr. Gottesman graduated Phi Beta Kappa with honors & distinction from Stanford University, with honors & distinction from the Harvard Business School (MBA), & with honors from Harvard Law School (JD), where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review.

During her time at the Band, she was as an early advisor to Startup America & led the development of the first national & regional Angel Capital Association conferences.

Prior to Band of Angels, Nicola was the founder & executive director of Financing Partners, an organization that delivered education to both entrepreneurs & investors to enable them to reach their mutual objectives. Before Band of Angels, she was part of three startup companies in the US & UK.

Nicola is a frequent speaker on angel investing, technology trends & seed financing at Universities including Stanford, Wharton & Duke, national conferences, including IEEE Women in Engineering, NVCA & Innovation Enterprise, & has served as a formation advisor to several regional & international angel groups & seed funds.
