Were taking over a boat & cruising around Alcatraz for a night of demos, drinks, & very cool people building very cool things.
The idea is simple: build something fun before you come, then show it off on the boat.
This isnt a startup pitch competition, so leave the deck at home. We want fun hacks: dumb experiments, fun little tools, things that made you laugh, or something you built just because you wanted to see if it would work.
Keep it cool, fun, & simple. Bonus points if you build it on Cloudflare (check out our new agent framework Flue at https://flueframework.com/) or use Kling AI models somewhere in the project.
Once were onboard, laptops mostly go away. Well do rapid-fire 12 minute demos, pick some winners, hand out prizes, & spend the rest of the night eating, drinking, meeting other builders, & cruising around the Bay.
