The Risks, Rewards & ROI of Technology Investmentshosted byThe New Jersey CFO Leadership CouncilWednesday, September 26, 20187:30 AM to 8:00 AMNetworking| 8:00 AM to 9:30 AMProgram

The world of business operations technology is continuing to advance with an increasing number of providers. It can be difficult (and expensive) to determine the best time & specific solution(s) to invest in that often include deploying multiple technologies that may or may not help your organization achieve your strategic plan.
As a CFO, you increasingly need to have visibility across the various organizational functions so that resources are properly allocated to drive the business. Making the right investments in new technologies can fuel growth, keep/develop a competitive edge, or keep your business processes prepared when your company has to change or adapt.
Join our panel of experts on Wednesday, September 26th as we discuss The Risks, Rewards & ROI of Technology Investments. The panel will discuss the types of technology solutions you tend to see as a CFO & how they have started to impact multiple departments within your organization, some tips on how to assess investment ROI & spend levels, & stories about integrating new technologies. Lastly, with all the risks associated with technology we will cover ways companies can mitigate against the changing risk profiles that come with it.
Learning Objectives: Through this session, attendees will learn:

High-level overview of technology used for company operations solutions

Integration tips for successful deployment along with what to look for when planning a technology investment with multiple systems/department involvement

Some ways to look at ROI & what industry trends have been for technology investment

Mitigation strategies & how to assess risk exposure with technology changes
