Meet the Speaker: Laura Marino

A Senior Product Executive with extensive experience in Product Management, M&A analysis, & definition of corporate strategies, Laura is passionate about scaling product organizations.Laura is currently SVP of Product at Lever, a 200-person VC-backed company that is modernizing the way organizations nurture & recruit talent. In her role, she is responsible for Product Management, design, & product operations. Previously, Laura has built & led product teams in small & large organizations including SAP Labs, Nuance, speech recognition, Tellme Networks - Microsoft subsidiary, speech automation, Intapp, software for the legal industry, & more recently Topia, global mobility.In addition to being a regular guest speaker at the Stanford Technology Ventures Program, Laura is a member of the extended teaching team in the Stanford Management Science & Engineering Department, lecturing on entrepreneurship & product management. She has also been a guest lecturer at UC Santa Barbara, & Los Andes University, in Bogota, & a speaker at the Stage-Gate Innovation conference.A supporter of women & diversity, Laura serves on the board of Leading Women in Technology a non-profit dedicated to promoting women leadership. Laura earned two Master of Science degrees from Stanford University where she was the recipient of the "Outstanding Academic Performance at the Graduate Level" award.
