Kate Tetreault - Director of UX,

Kate is always thinking about how to make the little things easier & more fun.
At America's Test Kitchen, she works to make the home cook's end-to-end cooking experience (and the life that surrounds it) more rewarding.
When she's not at work, she's hanging out with her two awesome cats, making more room for women in business, coaching students at Harvard's Technology & Entrepreneurship Center, & imagining what a crossover Twin Peaks /X-Files episode might have been like.
Miguel Molina - Experience Design & Strategy Lead,
NYC & Company
Miguel Molina is an Experience Designer from New York who specializes in experience strategy, design process, & design systems.
He is currently the Experience Design & Strategy Lead at NYC & Company, the official destination marketing organization of New York City, where we leads experience design strategy for the official guide to NYC, nycgo.com.
He leads Design & Marketing at Rita Digital, a creative agency & startup he founded in 2016 offering digital & design services to small businesses, non-profits & entrepreneurs.
He is also an Instructor at General Assembly where he teaches a part-time User Experience course.
He was previously a User Experience Designer at Cox Automotive where he contributed to their internal design system.
Having started his career as a developer, he has contributed to the web for seven years. Miguel has a Bachelor of Science in Human Computer Interaction.
Roger Zhu - Senior Product Designer, Facebook
Hi, My name is Roger. I currently work at Panorama Education in Boston, building a data-driven platform for K12 schools.
Before this, I spent 3 years designing medical devices & software for hospitals at GoInvo Studio.
Outside of my work, I teach sketching at MIT, volunteer with Boston Public Schools, & write about design in tech.
I am passionate about connecting the product to the people & delight them with details.
Originally from Hangzhou, China, a quest for design brought me halfway around the world to the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD).
I completed my master's degree in Industrial Design with honor. If I were to do this again, I want to learn more about economics, statistics, & dancing.

After completing the User Experience Design Immersive course in 2015,
Elize became a UX director at a digital marketing agency within 1 year & a co-founder of a UX design agency within 2 years.
Now, she creates content that helps emerging designers learn how to expedite their careers.
Her past clients include Adobe, USA Today Network, Papyrus, & Robert Half.
Her goal is to make UX accessible to everyone, because it's the job of every person in an organization to care about the user's experience.
Elize loves helping others gain confidence & take action in their lives.
