What kind of difference do better listeners make?
Since most communication is often two people competing to be heard, being a better listener means making space for all voices & experiences--including your own. And the world needs more of that right now! Better listening takes practice & while we can't control what others do, we always have total control over the kind of listener we are.
Takeaways
- Hear the secret to deep listening.
- Understand your own bad habits & blind spots.
- Get clear about why people don't seem to be listening to you.
- Identify the ways to being a better listener, for yourself & other
people!
