How do you meet the needs of customers who are not easily satisfied or obsess over every detail? Join Netflix fmr Product VP Gib Biddle for a discussion about customer obsession. Using examples from his time at Netflix, Gib will review how to utilize consumer science to delight customers in unique ways that drive revenue. Specifically, he will focus on four consumer insight sources & how to evaluate the data with research techniques. Finally, Gib will put the techniques into practice with a modern-day Netflix case study.
About The Speaker:Gib Biddle was VP of Product at Netflix starting in 2005. Five years later, Gib became the Chief Product Officer of Chegg, a textbook rental company that went public in 2013. Today, he's an adviser for multiple consumer tech companies & also teaches entrepreneurship at Stanford University.
