Campbell Frank worked in the equity markets with Goldman Sachs in New York & London. He was a helicopter pilot & line manager in the US Navy. He is currently the COO of a hedge fund. He received an MBA, a certificate in public/nonprofit management, & an MA in economics from Stanford, & a BS in mathematics from MIT.
Paula Jones
Paula S. Jones is a Lecturer in Management at Stanford Graduate School of Business. She currently teaches Interpersonal Dynamics & provides coaching & training to the facilitators in the program.
Prior to joining Stanford, Paula was at Genentech, the founding company of the Biotechnology industry. There, she held multiple roles, as head of senior leadership development, Principal HR Business Partner providing strategic HR services to senior leaders across multiple scientific business functions, & as a diversity consultant where she was responsible for creating & implementing multiple enterprise-wide gender diversity strategies.
Before joining Genentech, she specialized in leadership & management development as President of Paula S. Jones & Associates She designed & implemented leadership assessment & coaching, team development, change management & leadership communication programs for Fortune 500 companies. She also specialized in developing diverse leaders.
A member of the California State Bar (retired) for 40 years, she was also & employment law litigator & counselor. Ms. Jones has been an adjunct faculty member at the University of San Francisco Law School & UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, & is certified in Leadership Circle Profile, Meyers Briggs & Bridges Transition work. She is also a former member of the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science & the California State Bar.
