EVENT DETAILS
What is Skift Table Restaurants Forum?
The Skift Table Restaurants Forum is a one-day event devoted to the key trends & disruptions shaping the business of dining out. It will feature the nation's top restaurateurs, key executives, & essential thought-leaders who both shape & understand the consumer behaviors at the forefront of change in the modern restaurant industry.

At our Skift Global Forum 2017 event we offered a first look at the what we can offer during exclusive interviews with innovator Rene Redzepi & restaurateur Danny Meyer. For our first restaurant-centric event, we will feature a one-day, single-track program that will inspire over 350 attendees who are seeking insights into the state of their industry.

Like our flagship event, Skift Table Restaurants Forum brings the leading industry innovators on stage - & into the audience - for a day of inspirational & aspirational idea-sharing around the intersection of guest experience & technology, marketing & operations.

Who Should Attend
Skift Restaurants Forum is aimed at the decision-makers in the restaurant industry. This event is focused on key trends & disruptions that impact revenue & drive the strategies that power the modern restaurant.

Skift's focus has always been on the customer journey, & this event will keep the restaurant customer in mind, whether the discussion is focused on marketing innovations, creative drive, restaurateur-chef relations, reservations technology, or investment strategies, among others.

Restaurant professionals responsible for daily operations, long-term planning, marketing, & strategic expansion will benefit greatly from the day's programming, as well as startups & established providers of consumer- & business-facing technology solutions. Adjacent business, especially the investment & real estate sectors, along with the tourism industry, will also find value (and inspiration, too).

What You Will Learn
You will hear from world-class chefs, top restaurateurs, leading technologists, market-leading creatives, & key executives in a fast-paced series of conversations with Skift editors, trusted outside journalists, & you, our audience.

The interviews, conversations, & presentations at Skift Table Restaurant Forum will focus on innovation, technology, & creativity in the industry. The content will aim to deliver actionable information & deliver a competitive advantage.
