Networking & Food + XR Demos & Experiences!
This evening of networking & celebration will begin at 5pm on May 30th at the 440 N Wolfe Road, in Sunnyvale. Food & beverages will be provided + demo tables will be open to explore & experience!

Event Agenda
5:00 P.M. - Doors Open: Networking + Demos + Food & Drinks
6:30 P.M. - Welcome & Special Presentation
6:45 P.M. - Innovation Showcase w/ Demos & Presentations: Talks will be given by various speakers, including talks about new products, pitches for startups, & technical tutorials.
7:15 P.M. - Networking + Food & Drinks
9:45 P.M. - Thanks & Closing Remarks
There will be ample parking available on-site. You will find us on the second floor of the venue, we will be in both the large conference & the beautiful patio outside. As the night goes on, it's expected to potentially get a little chilly & may drop as low 51 degrees Fahrenheit, so make sure to bring a jacket or other warm clothes especially if you want to network on the patio.
There will be various XR demos available from different startups, companies, & indie developers. There will also be talks from Nreal, Ethereal Engine, Reboot Imagine, the VR/AR Association, & more.
