Chris Yeh, Founding General Partner, Blitzscaling Ventures
Chris Yeh is a founding General Partner of Blitzscaling Ventures. Chris has founded, advised, or invested in over 100 high-tech startups since 1995, including 9-figure companies like Ustream (investor, advisor, CEO) & UserTesting.com (advisor). He is the co-author, along with Reid Hoffman, of "Blitzscaling: The Lighting-fast Path to Building Massively Valuable Companies", & the co-author, along with Reid Hoffman & Ben Casnocha, of the New York Times bestseller, "The Alliance: Managing Talent in the Networked Age". Chris earned two degrees from Stanford University, with distinction in both, & an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was named a Baker Scholar.

Ashmeet Sidana is the Founder & Chief Engineer of Engineering Capital.
Investing before traditional venture firms, Engineering Capital specializes in leading seed rounds in software companies with a technical insight. Ashmeet's experience includes running venture capital funds & leadership positions helping build the industry leading products VMware ESX Server & Silicon Graphics WebFORCE.
Ashmeet came into venture from VMware, where he ran product management for their flagship product - ESX Server. His successful investments include Azure (IPO NYSE: AZRE) & SignalFx, acquired by Splunk for $1 billion, Tubi.tv (acq: FOX). He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Evinced, Kognitos & Nexla. His additional active investments include Asimily, Kentik, Menlo Security, Robust Intelligence, vFunction, & YotaScale - in all of which he was the seed investor.
Ashmeet received an MBA from Wharton with Honors, MS in Computer Science from Stanford University, & a BS in Computer Science summa cum laude from USC. In his spare-time he can be found planning his second trip to Mt. Everest.

Roger Rappoport is a partner at Procopio's Silicon Valley office in Palo Alto. Roger advises emerging growth companies, from inception through exit, & the investors that finance them. He focuses on venture capital & angel investor financings (including convertible notes, SAFEs & other debt financings), mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, distribution, development, manufacturing & licensing transactions, executive compensation, including the establishment of equity incentive plans & general corporate governance. Roger works with clients in a diverse array of industries including software (B2B & B2C), hardware, communications, internet, renewable energy, medical devices, med-tech, biotechnology, & pharmaceuticals. Roger was an entrepreneur for 10 years & is the leader of the firm's Emerging Growth & Venture Capital practice.
