Calling all Techstars alumni, mentors, & general network in the Bay! We're excited to change up our monthly Third Thursdays this week & host a short 30 minute "Stress Management 101" workshop with lunch & networking to follow (and opening it up to the public!).
This event will be hosted in our new office space, which features a beautiful rooftop terrace. What better way to celebrate the start of our two new programs than to get everyone together before they begin?

"Stress Management 101" Workshop Details:
In this Stress Management 101 workshop, your facilitator, Devon, will teach an ancient but widely forgotten technique to not only reduce stress mentally & physically but to also control & choose the way you feel at any moment in time. While there is a highly engaging educational section of this workshop (one that you'll want to go home to teach your friends & family about!), Devon will also keep the workshop light & social by incorporating fun interactive sections.
About the Workshop Facilitator:
Devon Heyn is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, a Registered Yoga Teacher, & a Certified Meditation & Breathwork Facilitator with years of experience in yoga studios, corporate wellness environments, chiropractic clinics, & privately as an entrepreneur.
Devon likes to bring a light-hearted playfulness as well as a wide-eyed curiosity to everything she teaches, keeping her classes & workshops both fun & inspiring. Beyond coaching & leading wellness workshops, you can also find Devon's work in her podcast, It's All Magic, where she explores topics like purpose, passion, intuition, manifestation, physical well-being, & much more.
