January 15, 2021 marks Wikipedia's 20th birthday, & NYC Media Lab is celebrating with some of the brightest minds in media. Join us on January 15th at 1pm ET for a virtual chat with Wikimedia Foundation CEO Katherine Maher & host of NPR's TED Radio Hour, Manoush Zomorodi.
Manoush & Katherine will talk about Wikipedia's role in the ongoing fight against mis & disinformation, address some of the biggest misconceptions you hear about Wikipedia, & discuss how research & knowledge sharing may change over the next 20 years.
